HOW TO START A RENTAL ORDER
Request a quote by adding your favorite items to a Wishlist using the "+" button found on all product pages. Increase the quantity for each item to the exact amount you need. Next, click on the Wishlist icon on the bottom right side of your screen and fill in a few remaining details about your event such as the date of the event, start/end time, your contact information and the venue name. Press “Send List” to submit the request. We’ll receive this request right away and will get back to you same day or next day, during our business hours of 9:00am - 4:30pm. We’ll likely try and give you a ring to review all the details on your quote to make sure it’s perfect for you. Our team of event professionals have managed thousands of rental orders at this point so we’re here to support yo, and help answer any questions that you might have.

ORDER MINIMUM
Our rental order minimum is $500.00 for will call (pickup) orders and $1,000.00 for hand-delivered orders. We suggest having your order delivered by our crew of trained professionals so that we can setup and place all of the items perfectly for you. Since some items in our collection are large, heavy or delicate (or all of the above!) it’s definitely going to save you a headache or two. For events outside of our “local” range including Los Angeles, Orange County and surrounding areas the minimum may increase.
PACKAGE PROGRAM
Rent a lounge package, a dining package or cocktail package and take advantage of visuals that we’re happy to generate and provide to all clients. This helps take the guess work out of the event planning process and gives you a better idea of what your set of rentals will look like in a specific room/space. Ask us about our 3D generating capabilities within some of the top venues in the Los Angeles area. We’re excited to announce more details soon about this time-saving software!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTALS?
Rentals are secured once a deposit is paid, which means you’ll want to submit payment earlier rather than later to secure your favorite items. Some customers book a few weeks before their event, while others take the less stressful route and book 1+ year in advance. It’s totally up to you either way. We do allow changes up to 1-month before the event date to eliminate the fear of being locked into an order that might change closer to the date.
LENGTH OF RENTAL
Good news: we don’t charge extra for delivering the day before the event or picking up the day after like most other shops do. Our 1-day rental rate is good for two days. If you’ll need the rentals 3+ days they’ll be an additional fee for extended rentals. See pricing on all product pages for a 1-day, 3-day, 7-day and one month rental.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery fees are based on round trip mileage to/from the venue, gas, mileage, employee head count, truck size, and more. All of our events are assigned a delivery manager and assisting crew to efficiently setup, place then tear down your rentals. We’re a team of professionals who love the event industry and are jazzed about making your rental experience the very best possible.
DAMAGES
Damages aren’t uncommon in this industry and we understand when they do occur. Rentals are expected to be returned in their original condition after each event. Since we’ll want to offer that same item to the next customer in great condition, we’ll work quickly repairing/replacing it right away. The customer is responsible to cover a repair or replacement fee whichever is less.
SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS
Showroom appointments are by appointment only and can be scheduled with our office. We’re located about 20-minutes south of DTLA and we’re conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County in a quiet row of warehouses. Our address is 2232 East Gladwick Street Compton, CA 90220.
